is this appropriate for my boyfriends holiday party?
I usually dont have a hard time finding something to wear in my closet full of stuff. However, I am meeting my fiances bosses this week for a holiday party. I am torn between just black pants, a grey sequined(not over the top sequins) and red pumps, or I just bought an adroable dress at marshalls. It is empire waist. The top is white with black polka-dots and the bottom is just black. I would pair it with a red neclace and my red Aldo suede pumps. I am so torn. Please help me decide. I only have 1 day left. Thanks:-)
sorry guys, I guess I should have given more of a description. The top is v-neck and has sequins on the bottom and on the neckline. The dress is knee length. I am more of a conservative dresser anyway so i dont have to worry about "going over the top"

I think it would be gorgeous if you wear black pants, your grey sequined (I'm glad it's not too over the top haha), red pumps, ....and add some accessories! Like bangles, a nice clutch or long earrings to make it more feminine. If you have a blazer, that could work well too. And do a girly hairdo. But I love your outfit idea....it's a mix of class and fun! Your red pumps make the perfect accents.
