leather jacket fit
if a size 40 leather jacket is too short, should a size 46 fit me?
i have a old Casablanca leather jacket that i want to have copied in to a larger size. the jack i have says size 40. well this morning i found the same style jacket online that's a size 46. iam wondering if it would fit me.
my normal shirt size is a medium and all my other jackets say medium.
the smaller jacket i have now fit me n junior high but no in college it no longer fits.
any help you can provide?

The length is not the issue. A size 46 might be long enough, but it will look ridiculously big on you. You probably need a size 42 if you're a medium. If it's too short, go for a different style, but keep the right size.
