The internal screen of my cell phone cracked?
I have a palm pre plus from verizon. I got it about 20 days ago and today I saw that the inside of the screen had cracked. Idk what happened, I had it in a leather case that had come with the phone and it was also in my backpack for the entire day. It was fine this morning but when I took it out about 2 hours ago the screen was cracked and half of the screen did not respond to any touches. I do not have insurance, what can i do? can verizon fix my phone? would i have to pay the full price of the phone to get it replaced? the full price is 250 but I only had to pay 100 when i got it cus it was an upgrade...help please:)
You can most likely get a replacement for $50, but that program is going away soon so GET INSURANCE
